Practical Property Management is based in Greene County, Tennessee, and services surrounding counties in all of Northeast Tennessee including the Tri-Cities area.

We have been serving customers for over ten years focusing 100% on customer satisfaction. We’ve been successful growing our business, expanding our fleet of equipment and building a notch team, based entirely on customer referrals and local networking.

Practical Property Management is owned by Wesley Myers, a Greene county native with longstanding family ties in the region. Wes starts and ends his long days checking and servicing every piece of equipment, and planning and coordinating with his team. The rest of the day he is out there with his crews making sure that every job meets his high standards, and when he is lucky, getting to run a piece of heavy equipment!
